PATTERN NOTES
These legwarmers are knit in the round from the bottom up. A round of eyelet stitches is knit before the top cuff, and then an I-cord tie is made and threaded through the eyelets after blocking to create a tie.

This item is shipped directly to you from the Universal Yarns warehouse in North Carolina. It is not available in store. Shipping is a flat fee of $9 for all Universal kits and yarns.
